CUSTOM RUG DESIGN

Danko Design provides a comprehensive custom design service. We can design hand-knotted and hand-tufted rugs in any size, shape or colour using the finest materials including New Zealand wool, viscose and pure silk.

All rugs appearing in our gallery can be custom coloured or sized.

We work closely with Architects and Designers creating individual handmade rugs tailored to specific projects. We can provide catalogues, colour boxes and sample blankets for your projects and storyboards. Consumer inquiries are also welcome.

We are happy to apply your designs or work with the brief and come up with the design for you. We have a wide-ranging library of designs you can use as an inspiration for your project or home.

We can create rugs to match the furniture style, wallpapers, artwork or decorative fabrics.

Danko Design offer complimentary design consultations to ensure your specific needs and budget are met.

Following consultation and design approval, we would manufacture the rugs. If necessary we will supply colour hand trails to you within 14 days and design hand trails in 4-6 weeks. Production time is different to each project. Lead-time for Hand-tufted rugs is ~10 -12 weeks.
